In diesem Fall senden wir Ihnen eine Rechnung, um unsere Dienstleistungen zu kompensieren. Die Auswahl basiert auf den Kriterien des Interessenten und der Unternehmenskultur. FAQ LEAD services

  • What is a Premium lead?

    Our Premium lead program offers, no-risk leads for associated TPS partners.  We are constantly scanning the market for companies that are looking to replace their current or start with new Business Software. Once that company identifies itself, we help them with the software selection process and nurture them to a Sales Qualified Lead for our Partners. Based on your specific lead profile, we match the companies in need for new software. You can contact accepted matches and we will even arrange an appointment. ONLY if the company agrees that you go to the next round of their buying cycle, we will charge you a lead fee.

  • Is there a monthly fee?

    No, there is not. It is a Price-per-Lead or Price-per-Match concept. For leads in the Plus Program, you pay only for the leads that you accept, fit your business and get in contact with. Leads are invoiced up front.

    For leads in in the Premium Program you get a first look at the Lead's Business Case and after that you can decide to accept the Lead. When the Lead accepts you as a possible partner, you will be invoiced. No strings attached.

    We do offer the possibility to pre pay for multiple leads in each Program.

  • No Risk... No way!!!

    Yes, really! Why?
    Within the Premium Program you will only be charged for a Lead if they agree that you will continue to be in their buying cycle after you have met the prospect face-to-face. That is the best and most objective criterium we can think of.

    Within the Plus Program you are in charge of the success yourself. However, The Partner Sales is there to have your back. We stand beside our Partners and help them to improve their Sales Success by training.

  • What if I don't like the prospect?

    Within the Plus Program you need to make sure to tell us what Leads you are interested in. With a strict qualification we can supply you with the best Leads. When there is doubt, we can discuss this up front (before the actual Company Name and DMU is shared). You won't be invoiced when this information is not being shared.

    Within the Premium Program you get the chance to meet the Lead's DMU before it get's charged.  If you don't want to continue with the Project, be sure to make that clear during your first face to face conversation. You know how it works... we will ask the prospect if he/she want to continue to work with you. If the answer is YES, we will charge you. So you have to make clear that YOU do not want to continue with this Project before we contact the prospect (usually the day after your face-to-face meeting)

  • What is a Plus lead?

    Our Plus lead program offers low-risk leads for associated TPS partners.  We are constantly scanning the market for companies that are looking to replace their current or start with new Business Software. Once that company identifies itself, we help them with the software selection process and nurture them to a Sales Qualified Lead for our Partners. Based on your specific Lead profile, we initially present the anonymous Lead to you for acceptance. Once accepted, you'll get a personal introduction with this Lead facilitated by The Partner Sales. 

  • What are the warranty regulations?

    If you buy a lead you want to be sure that you have a good chance to score an interesting project. That is why our leads will bring you into contact with sales-ready companies that are waiting to be contacted for a sales pitch. All these companies want to start the software-implementation in the short term (maximum of 1 year).

    When, despite our efforts, the quality of a lead does not live up to your expectations you often don’t have to pay for it.

    When can you make use of our Warranty regulations:

    • You are already in contact with the prospect about the project

      When you purchase a lead on the basis of an anonymous qualification, it may happen that you are already in contact with the company about the project. If that is the case, within 48 hours of buying the lead send us a screenshot from your own CRM system where this contact clearly shows.

    • You can’t get in contact with the prospect

      Not all companies can be reached easily. We ask you to try to contact the prospect for at least 4 weeks after buying the lead. When you still cannot reach the company, please let us know. We will try to contact the company ourselves for 2 weeks. If this is also unsuccessful you do not have to pay for the lead.

    • The qualification is incorrect so the lead has no value for you

      We draft the qualifications about the projects as precisely as possible. However, small imperfections cannot be ruled out here. If these errors cause a lead to lose its value, you don’t have to pay for the lead.

    • There is no planned project or the project is postponed by more than a year

      You will only receive leads for businesses with a serious intention to implement business software in the short term. If within three months of your lead purchase, it turns out that there was no real project planned or the company decides to postpone the project by more than one year, you don’t have to pay for the lead. If after three months of your lead purchase, a company decides to cancel the implementation or to shift the implementation by more than one year, we consider these new insights. In that case, we will not accept your request for a refund.
